Small Group Personal Training
You train up to 60% harder when you train alongside other people.
Our sessions are coach led and capped at 6 people per coach per session, meaning you get the full expertise of our coaches.
Sessions are pre planned, no random workouts and your progression is monitored.
Small Group Personal Training in groups up to 6 people!
Pre-planned and coach led 45 minutes of either strength training or HIIT based fitness sessions!
Nutritional advice and tracking
Our coaches work out your calories based on your current weight and needs and can advise you on your nutrition and help you track your calories.
Exceptional 1-2-1 Support
Our coaches are with you all the way not just on your 45 minute session! We are always approachable and fully committed to our members. Each member receives continued 1-2-1 support with our accountability coaches.
You have access to the 45 minute strength and HIIT sessions spread out throughout the week all bookable through the Teamup software you will receive upon signing up!
We have set out to create an all-inclusive, vibrant and supportive community, a fitness sanctuary where you can connect, inspire, sweat and smile amongst like-minded members. Ego’s are left at the door!
